Khaled Abu Jbara received Bachelors in Electrical Engineering Degree, with Distinction, First Class Honors, from Kuwait University (KUNIV), Kuwait in August 2011. He worked as an Administrative Engineer and Teacher Assistant at Kuwait University, Electrical Engineering Department. After that, he joined King Abdullah University of Science and Technology (KAUST) as an MS student of Electrical Engineering in 2013. He has been doing research under the VCC (Visual Computing Center) at KAUST. His research interests include computer vision, developing visual recognition systems for autonomous vehicles. He completed the MS in 2015 under the supervision of Prof. Ganesh Sundaramorthi. Afterwards, he started the Ph.D. degree in the same track publishing in the aerial automation research. Currently, his research is devoted to the computation imaging, precisely the anaglyph microscopy under Prof. Wolfgang Heidrich supervision.
